Refund Policy

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until we start processing (usually until 24 hours after the order has been placed). If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

All purchases are final.

Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not process refund requests via our social media channels. Please use the email address listed above. This is the only way we can guarantee that we will respond to your refund request in a timely manner.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address I, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When initiating a return, please be aware that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of the item back to our designated return address.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provision, the consumer being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are largely not attributable to his or her professional or self-employed activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, which is not required.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received from us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the products, whichever is earlier.


They must be charged for a possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss is due to a treatment of them that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of those goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

General instructions

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective repackaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with a suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us unwillingly.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
